Wig Circle exists to build a trusted, compassionate community where wig wearers, stylists, and supporters come together to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and uplift one another.

Welcome to Wig Circle, a digital community and marketplace operated by Wig Circle LLC, Delaware, USA.
By joining Wig Circle, members agree to uphold our shared standards of honesty, respect, and care.
These Terms describe how we work together—what members can expect from Wig Circle and what the community expects in return.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, posting content, or using the Marketplace, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy.
Members who do not wish to follow these shared standards may choose not to participate or may cancel their membership at any time.
2. Eligibility
Members agree to join only if they are 18 or older, to share accurate information when registering, and to participate responsibly and lawfully in all community spaces.
To protect community integrity, Wig Circle may limit or remove access when fraud, abuse, or serious violations of trust are identified.
3. Membership & Accounts
Members help keep Wig Circle safe by protecting their login information and promptly letting our Support Team know about any suspicious activity.
Wig Circle may pause or end a membership when necessary to protect the well-being of the community or to ensure compliance with policy.
Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Marketplace Use & Transactions
Wig Circle provides a member-to-member marketplace for listing and purchasing wigs.
Marketplace transactions take place directly between members. Wig Circle provides the platform and supportive standards that make those connections possible.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
All listings are created and managed by users.
Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for their transactions.
Wig Circle does not handle payments, shipping, or returns.
Wig Circle is not liable for product accuracy, condition, or performance.
While Wig Circle cannot mediate sales, we encourage members to use secure payment methods and follow our Buyer Safety Tips to stay protected.
5. User Content & Intellectual Property
a. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post (e.g., images, text, listings), but grant Wig Circle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote that content within the site and associated channels.
b. Our Content
All trademarks, designs, logos, and content on Wig Circle are the intellectual property of Wig Circle LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.
6. Community Standards & Prohibited Behavior
Members commit to living out the Wig Circle values of integrity, respect, safety, and community by following our Community Guidelines in all interactions.
No harassment, hate speech, or profanity
No false identities or impersonation
No spam, scams, or illegal activities
No misuse of ranks, badges, or rewards systems
Serious or repeated violations may lead to temporary suspension or membership removal, as outlined in our Revocation and Enforcement Policy.
Account actions will follow Wig Circle’s Revocation and Enforcement Policy, available in the Community Guidelines.
7. Payment Terms
When applicable:
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges for recurring memberships.
Failed or disputed payments may result in account suspension.
8. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
To maintain a trusted space, Wig Circle may restrict or close accounts if a member seriously violates community standards or engages in fraud.
Content that violates policy or community trust may be removed by moderators or administrators.
Termination does not waive Wig Circle’s right to enforce prior obligations or outstanding payments.
Account actions will follow Wig Circle’s Revocation and Enforcement Policy, available in the Community Guidelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
While Wig Circle strives to maintain a safe environment, members use the Marketplace at their own discretion and are encouraged to follow our Safety Tips and verified-seller guidelines.To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Wig Circle LLC, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Wig Circle makes no guarantees regarding product quality, authenticity, or transaction outcomes.
Use of the Marketplace is entirely at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
Members acknowledge their responsibility for how they use the platform and agree to resolve any issues arising from their own content or transactions without placing liability on Wig Circle LLC or its team.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We value your privacy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using the platform, you consent to that policy.
12. Modifications to These Terms
Wig Circle may update these Terms at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated via website notice or email.
Your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
However, before any formal legal proceeding, Wig Circle LLC encourages good-faith efforts to resolve issues directly with members as outlined in Section 14.
14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Wig Circle believes most concerns can be resolved directly, but we outline the following process to provide fairness if formal resolution is needed.
Wig Circle aims to resolve all concerns promptly, fairly, and with respect.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, members and Wig Circle agree to resolve it through individual, binding arbitration conducted under the laws of the State of Delaware.
Class-action or collective proceedings are not permitted.
If arbitration is ever found unenforceable, any resulting dispute will be handled exclusively in the courts of Delaware, USA.
15. Policy Updates & Contact Information
Wig Circle may update these community standards from time to time to reflect member feedback or legal requirements. We’ll share notice of meaningful changes on our website or by email.
