Welcome to Wig Circle — a community built on trust, respect, and empowerment.

Our goal is to create a safe, uplifting space for members to connect, share stories, and exchange wigs responsibly.

To keep Wig Circle a trusted environment, we ask all members to follow the guidelines below.

By joining or using Wig Circle, you agree to follow these guidelines and marketplace terms:

We believe in:

Integrity — Be truthful and authentic in every interaction.
Respect — Treat others with kindness and empathy, even when opinions differ.
Safety — Protect yourself and fellow members through responsible participation.
Community — Celebrate confidence, diversity, and belonging.

👥 2. Community Conduct

To maintain a safe and positive environment, all members agree to:

Be courteous and supportive.
Share constructive, honest experiences.
Use language that is appropriate for all members.
Report scams, suspicious listings, or abuse.

🚫 Don’t:

Post spam, solicitations, or unrelated promotions.
Use hate speech, profanity, or slurs.
Bully, harass, intimidate, or publicly shame others.
Post or link to explicit, violent, or misleading material.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Use multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or ranks.
Attempt to scam, defraud, or exploit others in any way.

Note: Profanity, hate speech, or harassment of any kind will result in immediate removal and possible permanent ban.

🛍️ 3. Marketplace Participation

The Wig Circle Marketplace is designed for members to connect and exchange wigs in good faith.

Wig Circle provides the platform, but does not participate in or guarantee any transactions.

Members understand that:

All listings are created and managed by users.
Wig Circle does not buy, sell, ship, or verify items.
Wig Circle does not provide warranties, refunds, or dispute resolution.
Buyers and sellers are fully responsible for their listings, communications, and transactions.

By participating in the Marketplace, you acknowledge that Wig Circle, its owners, and administrators are not liablefor any losses, damages, or disputes arising from member-to-member transactions.

🔒 4. Buyer & Seller Safety Tips

Protect yourself by following these steps:

✅ Use secure payment methods (PayPal Goods & Services recommended).
🚫 Avoid “Friends & Family” or untraceable transfers.
📸 Request recent, clear photos of items before purchase.
✍️ Confirm all details (brand, cap size, condition, fiber type) in writing.
📦 Ship with tracking and save all receipts and messages.
⚠️ If a deal seems too good to be true — it probably is.

⚠️ 5. Revocation & Enforcement Policy

Moderators may revoke ranks, badges, or memberships if a member:

Posts spam, scams, or misleading content
Uses profanity, hate speech, or harassment
Misrepresents their identity or business
Violates any part of these Community Guidelines
Attempts to defraud or exploit others
Refuses to follow moderator direction

Enforcement Actions May Include:

Content removal
Temporary suspension or probation
Permanent account revocation
Forfeiture of all ranks, badges, and rewards

Wig Circle reserves the right to remove content or accounts without prior notice to protect community integrity.

Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement or payment platforms when appropriate.

🛡️ 6. Scam & Fraud Awareness

We take scams and impersonation seriously.

Members found engaging in deceptive or fraudulent behavior will be immediately banned and reported if necessary.

Red Flags to Watch For:

Requests for payment outside secure methods
Pressure to “send money now” or off-platform deals
Unrealistic prices or stock photos
Sellers refusing to provide proof of ownership

If you suspect a scam, stop communication immediately and report it to moderators or Contact our Support Team.

📜 7. Legal Disclaimer

By accessing or using Wig Circle and the Marketplace, you agree that:

Wig Circle LLC, its owners, and administrators are not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or disputes resulting from use of the site or member transactions.
Wig Circle does not act as an agent, broker, or guarantor for users.
You use the community and marketplace at your own discretion and risk.
All content shared on Wig Circle remains subject to moderation and may be removed if it violates these terms.

Nothing on Wig Circle constitutes professional advice or guarantees of product authenticity.

💬 8. Reporting & Support

If you encounter a problem or violation:

Contact our Support Team (response within 24–48 hours)
Use the “Report Member Concern” option on user profiles or posts
For urgent safety issues, discontinue contact and notify moderators immediately
