Wig Circle is an online community and marketplace designed to bring wig wearers, sellers, and supporters together in a trusted, compassionate environment. Our goal is to help members connect, learn, and grow through shared experience and education.
It’s for anyone who wears (or wants to wear) wigs, explores alternative hair, or supports others on that journey. Whether you’re new to wigs or an experienced collector, Wig Circle offers education, connection, and a place to belong.
Unlike general platforms, Wig Circle is a moderated, members-only space built for safety, privacy, and authenticity—combining peer-to-peer sales, real reviews, and supportive Circles and Forum discussions tailored to your journey. We verify sellers, monitor listings, and reward positive community participation — and are focused on providing an environment free from spam or scams.
To access the community, discussions, and marketplace features, you’ll need a membership — starting with an affordable Community Member Plan (first month only $1 with coupon code FIRSTMONTH1).
We offer two levels:
Community Member – Access to private Circles, discussions, reviews, and community features.
Marketplace Seller – Includes everything in the Community Membership plus the ability to list and sell wigs directly to other members. Marketplace Seller memberships are only open to current Community members who meet our guidelines.
Wig Circle was founded by Barb Heinlein, a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and technology executive, who saw the need for a trusted, private space for people to talk openly about wigs, confidence, and self-expression — and a reliable marketplace where quality and honesty come first. Drawing on her background in leadership and systems integrity, she built Wig Circle to combine empathy with excellence for everyone navigating their wig journey.

You can join as a Community Member on our Join page, complete checkout through our secure system, and follow the welcome email for login instructions. Access is immediate once your purchase is confirmed.
What are the different membership levels?
We offer monthly and annual Community Memberships for access to discussions, resources, and events — and Seller Memberships for current members who receive the "Verified & Vetted" badge wishing to list products in the Marketplace.
You’ll receive a three-part welcome email series introducing the community, your profile setup, and how to start earning points and badges. A quick “Start Here” guide also walks you through getting involved and joining private Circles.
Yes, both Community Members and Marketplace Seller Members can share reviews, ratings, and photos to help others.
Yes. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Your access will continue through the end of your billing period, and you’ll retain any earned Trust or Engagement points.
Because memberships grant immediate digital access, we do not offer automatic refunds. However, our support team will review individual cases if a billing or access error occurs.
Wig Circle is built on trust and respect. If a member posts spam, misuses community spaces, misrepresents themselves, or disregards our Community Guidelines, moderators may suspend or remove ranks, badges, or full membership privileges. Our goal is always to protect a safe, supportive environment for everyone.
🛍️ Marketplace Seller FAQs
Complete the Seller Application Form available to members who qualify for the "Verified & Vetted" badge. Our team reviews each application to verify your identity, product quality, and compliance with our Community Guidelines before approval.
Verification helps ensure buyer safety, transparency, and confidence. Each approved seller receives a “Verified & Vetted” badge and access to seller resources, maintaining a trustworthy community standard.
We do our best to review applications as quickly as possible — usually within 1–3 business days. Each submission is reviewed carefully to maintain trust and quality across the Marketplace. You’ll receive an email once your status changes, along with a Seller Toolkit to help you get started.
Once your application is approved and you’ve earned the Verified & Vetted badge, you’ll have the option to upgrade to a Marketplace Seller Membership. This unlocks your ability to list products, connect with buyers, and participate fully in the Wig Circle Marketplace community.
Wig Circle operates as a peer-to-peer marketplace, meaning all transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. Marketplace access is included in the Seller Membership, available to "Verified & Vetted" members. This membership allows sellers to list as many wigs as they’d like, with no additional listing fees. We recommend using PayPal Business for payments, offering buyers purchase protection. Wig Circle does not process payments or take commissions — only standard payment-processor fees may apply.
Yes. We encourage sellers to share their listings externally. Verified sellers receive unique referral links that can track engagement through our affiliate system for better visibility and rewards.

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your credentials. If you still can’t access your account, contact our support team with your registered email for assistance within 24–48 hours.
Double-check your card details or try an alternate method (Stripe or PayPal). If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate securely.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Then, ensure your membership preferences allow Wig Circle messages. You can also log in to view community updates directly. Of course, you can always contact our support team for assistance.
Log into your account, click your profile photo, and choose “Account Settings.” From there, you can update personal details, password, and notification preferences anytime.
You can always contact our support team. We respond within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–3 PM EST). For non-urgent questions, you can also post in the Peer Support Circle inside the community.
